Policies for Handbook Delivery and Returns

Delivery Method

All products sold by AFV Handbooks are digital downloads only.
No physical items are shipped.

After completing your purchase, you will automatically receive a secure download link by email.

Delivery Time

  • We do not operate an automatic system in order to keep costs low however your order will be expedited as quickly as possible normally within 2-3 hours.

  • In some cases, the email may take up to 24 hours due to time zone differences and payment processing delays.

Download Access

  • Your download link is valid for 3 days.

  • If your link expires or you need it to be resent, please contact us at [email protected] and we will provide a new link.

Delivery Cost

There are no shipping or delivery fees, as all products are delivered digitally.

General Policy

Because our products are delivered digitally and cannot be physically returned, AFV Handbooks does not accept traditional product returns.

However, we do offer a fair refund process for situations where there are genuine issues with access or delivery.

Refunds May Be Granted If:

  1. You did not receive the download link and we are unable to provide it manually;

  2. You experience technical issues accessing the product that we cannot resolve;

  3. You accidentally purchased the same item twice (duplicate order).

Refund Window

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in these cases:

  • The product has already been successfully downloaded;

  • You change your mind after purchase;

  • You expected physical goods (all items are digital);
